Simulated Project Based Learning
Join our themed camps during public school breaks, designed to ‘test’ our academy students’ proficiency in achieving learning goals. These camps present an array of project-based learning opportunities, carefully aligned with Georgia state grade-level standards. Our camp curriculum encompasses essential subjects, including Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), Financial Literacy, Basic Law, Self-care, Life Skills, and Safety. Beyond our academy students, we extend a warm invitation to others, allowing them to experience a taste of what Elite Academy has to offer. MINI CAMPS
We offer mini camps during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Breaks during the hours of 8:30am to 3:30 pm. These camps give kids ages 3 to 8 the opportunity to make learning real, relevant and relatable by engaging in real-life like play. These mini camps are designed to align with the Georgia learning standards, ensuring that the content taught (or to be taught) to children in their schools is reinforced.
Yes and Yes! Children are fed lunch and snacks during the day. If you wish to provide lunch for your child, that is perfectly fine.
We conduct a meet and greet the week before camp.
Each mini camp varies in location but we are housed in the Booker T Community Center located at 401 Monroe street, Macon ga 31201.
REGISTRATION
Our Fall Camp is scheduled from October 9th to 13th, where we’ll be immersing ourselves in the great outdoors with a camping theme. The registration deadline for this camp is September 30th, 2023.
Our Reading Enrichment and Afterschool Program welcomes eager learners year-round, with openings available as spots become vacant.
